Name on your credit card bill is CD plus Movies. Discrete mail from Teo Smith, by USPS. USA shipping is $5 per order (1-20 discs) manufactured sealed.
Outside the USA is $12 for 1-6 discs + covers (no cases, no custom form). Multi-disc packs and larger orders will be manually added.
